Privacy policy.

We collect account identifiers, contact details, billing references and locations you deliberately choose to monitor. We use this data to provide paid monitoring, secure accounts, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.

Communications

Wildfire email and SMS messages are transactional service communications included with the subscription. Buying monitoring does not enrol you in marketing. Marketing consent, if introduced, will be separate and optional.

Your rights

Subject to UK GDPR and applicable EU GDPR rights, you may access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and delete individual monitoring locations. Billing and security records may be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.

Processors

We use Stripe for payments, Bird for transactional SMS and email, Google Maps Platform for location services, and infrastructure providers for hosting, databases and monitoring.
